Hi Altaf.
I have a Kenwood mixer that I brought from UK with me some 40 years ago, one of the extras I have purchased for it over the years is a grain mill.
I never mill more than 2 cups berries at any given time, so that the whole wheat flour is used up, when whole wheat flour is kept even for a short time it starts to turn rancid.
I buy the organic hard wheat berries at the health food store.
Re: whole wheat rolls, home milled w/w flour
Hi,
Hoe do you mill the wheat at home? and is it easy to find wheat berries at the markets?
Nice photos.
