SourdoughSourdough crumbSourdough- The crumb was to dense, don't know what I did wrong.

 

 

What is your level of

What is your level of hydration?  The first thing I would think of is how much water you have in this bread.  If not enough water, the crumb would be dense.

im not sure

exactly how would I go about figuring that out?  I am just learning bakers percentages.
