Just wanted to say hi to everyone, I have just come across this site and my mouth is watering at all the wonderful breads I cant wait to make. THere is nothing like a fresh loaf of bread! I am a jewelry artist who loves to bake bread in my spare time. After a bit of a break with no baking at all, I am ready to try some new things, just ordered my La Cloche pots and cant wait for them to arrive either. There is so much info here and so many fantastic looking breads. I look forward to sharing bread with all of you.
