Hey everyone
I'm new to this site as well as making bread so this may sound like a silly question to most of you. Ive come across several(most) recipes in my book that call for gluten. After searching a few markets, the only thing I found that even has the word Gluten in the name is, Vital Wheat Gluten Flour, is this the same thing?
