Hello from Toronto, Canada!

About time I join this site and say hello!

My name is Lalit and I've been a lurker on here for a few months now and just love this site and thought that it's about time I sign up!

I've always been a big cook and do run a small catering company part time, but baking has become my new passion ever since I stumbled into it a year or so ago.

Glad to be part of the community!

There a sprinkling of us Canucks around the place, glad to see another new face. Somewhere in this "Intro" section is a recently active thread where a lot of the Canadjins all say Hi, check it out and see who's who from where.
