Help with an 'angel loaf"
Hello,
I've been thinking recently about angel food cake and want to somehow incorperate the lightness and fluffyness into a loaf with the depth and flavor of coffe cakes, like cardammon bread. Can anyone provide me with tips or tricks they have learned?

Rose's _Bread Bible_ has a recipe for a soft, white loaf which is modeled on a product similar to Wonderbread. You could use that and add the spice mix from another cardamom bread.
