I Have More Time For Baking Now

Hello! I was ad coordinator for a small magazine here in town that has unfortunately succumb to the pressures facing the print industry. I went for unemployment today after a few days' procrastination. But in that time I figured I'd orchestrate a whirlwind baking day for myself:

 

2 Reinhart's San Fran SD

2 Reinhart's San Fran SD (97%WW)

1 batch of Leader San Fran sourdough bagels (16), one sourdough pizza dough for Friday.

 

I also made a 1/2 batch of the Nurry Light Rye, which I screwed up by adding whole rye instead of light rye and turned out too dry but still really tasty.

As much time as we spend baking, I'm still amazed at the real time you spend cleaning up after yourself!

I had one of those days not that long ago. Unfortunatly, I didn't get pictures. Maybe on the weekend...
