My first sourdough
Overall I was moderately pleased with the result. The flavour and texture were fantasic, the crustiest bread I've ever produced, the crum looks nice too I think. The bottom was a little dark in a couple of places, maybe baked a couple of minutes too long. Aesthetically, I'd say 5 of 10, I plan on reducing hydration of the dough next time so I can get a little more definition when i score.
