Hi From Iowa

I've been an on again off again home cook for a while. Recently discovered the joy of bread baking mostly out of necessity (Have yet to find good bread in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area). In the trial and error phase right now, but things seem to be looking up since getting The Bread Bible.
