Ciabata?

I saw somebody mention a Ciabata recipe but am unable to find it on this site. Can anyone direct me to it?

Outstanding! It looks like the inside surface of the holes is gelatinized. Think this might be due to using less yeast and longer fermentation?

Yes, I do. I haven't had the time/patience/luck to reproduce it since then though. :(
