It came out well and I'm happy to share the recipe here. Even though the holidays are over this makes a good weekend breakfast bread. Worldwide Family Christmas Bread Ingredients 1 loaf 2 loaves 3 loaves Bread Flour 1000g 2000g 3000g Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Happy baking!
Submitted by bublik on October 13, 2009 - 5:40pm Geography of breadsDoes anybody know the answer or can refer me to any resource that will explain why yeasted and flat breads have markedly different geography? Does it have anything to do with properties of yeast? Or possible effect of yeast on the body and health? |
