Been reading here a LOT and finally I have something I want to say!

I want to say how much I appreciate this site.  I have always loved home made bread but never seemed to be able to make any really "good stuff".  Even with my bread machine, it still wasn't the good old fashioned home made bread I wanted.  And it always came out...well...ugly.  But guess what!  After lurking around here and taking tips from some obviously great bread bakers like you guys.......

LOOKIE!!!!  I CAN MAKE SOME FAIRLY DECENT HOME MADE BREAD NOW!

  I am new to breadmaking and new to this site.  My girlfriend introduced me to the fresh loaf while I have been off work recovering from surgery.  It is a wonderful place and I just love it!  Thanks for everything jamie
