my standby, sanfran sourdough from bba was exceptional this time! Tried one with added gluten ( you know complaining about getting only soft wheat flour here in europe) and one without , the glutne one rose slightly higher, but both where great and even the rolls where exactly the way i wanted them to be. this is alll to your tips and input and most often, to just encouraging me to try. i kneaded all of the dough by hand and it was better than everything made by mixer before. so just wanted to thank you, sanni
