Why can't I access users' pages and blogs?

I am having trouble accessing users' blogs, pages and forum participation pages. I log in, search for a user, and more often than not the users' pages turn up blank. What am I doing wrong?

Trouble Finding My Favorites
Forums:
I just noticed my 20 or so Favorites are not listed in my account. I then added a new Favorite post to check that it is currently working and it is.
I saw that someone else had difficulty retrieving their Favorites in April and they were shown a link to find them.
