Sacaduros from BBL?

Has anyone made this recipe from BBL? I am a bit confused, it specifies that you start with the dough from Basic Hearth Bread but that hte rising time is "none." Do I let the dough rise once and then shape and bake the sacaduros? Or do I just mix the dough and immediately shape and bake? Really would love to make these, so any help is appreciated! Thanks.

New at this baking. I do love this recipe. I can not really tell the difference between the Kosher Salt and the Fleur de Sel. However, I'm going to try the Irish Butter and see if that will. Sacaduros
