I am a 24 year old baker from the Bahamas. I recently finished an intensive baking course at the american institute of Baking in manhattan, Kansas. I learned a great deal about the science of bread baking, but upon returning home the Bahamas there isnt any place that can build upon the knowledge I have received. As a result I am asking if anyone can assist me with either obtaining, or by giving me tips to get an internship at an artisan bread shop. Thank you very much for reading this forum.
