Recipe for Papa Del's Pizza Dough

When we were graduate students at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, my husband and I would get a deep dish pizza from Papa Del's. Their pizza dough is unlike any other Chicago Deep Dish dough we have ever had. We are now on the East coast and would love to have the recipe for making this dough or anything similar to it. Anyone have a recipe??
