Instant read thermometors

I'm so delighted to find a site frequented by international bakers. We can learn so much from each other.  I earned my certification in European  artison breads from an Austrian Chef.  His techniques were in strict keeping of old country methods.  One modern invention for me and can't do without is the instant read themometer.  I've already copied several recipes from this site to try.  Happy baking everyone.
