I'm making English Muffin Bread from James Beards book 'Beard On Bread'. For many years I've made his recipe 'English Muffin Bread for Microwave Oven' page 157. I have been successful in developing my sourdough starter so instead of discarding half of it I tossed it into the dough for the English muffins. Proofing now. Results later this evening.
