Hello to The Fresh Loaf!!
This website is such a wonderful tool - -I've been lurking around for a few weeks and am using so much I've read.
For Christmas I bought myself "Flour Water Salt Yeast" and have been baking a 2-4 loaves a week since - most, somewhat successful. This indimidating thing called "bread baking" has become quite fun and obsessive!!!
Now treating myself to a visit to King Arthur in May for the Artisan baking at home class.
