I used to use my bread machine a few years ago. I've brought it out of hibernation due to a decision to work on eliminating as much chemicals and preservatives from our food. I'm hoping this website will be a good resource for using my bread machine.
I've prowled around here for about a week and I'm thinking breadmaking might be my next obssession. I happen to be a SAHM who homeschools, as well as an author, who writes cozy mysteries for Barbour Publishing. There are a few terms that I can't seem to understand that are used on this site. One is "preferment" the other is "crumb". There might be a few others, which leads to my next question, do you all have a dictionary of terms for newbies entering the breadmaking world?
