Hi everyone,

I am just starting up my own business as an artisan bread baker from my home kitchen.

I have already got a double oven range but am looking for another two freestanding ovens possibly to go on top of my work top surface ( preferably electric). 

I have looked at double ovens but the top one is always smaller than the bottom and I would like both the same size.

Has anyone got any suggestions or advice.

While I really want a brick or clay oven (and a large enough piece of property to hold it), it looks like I have an opportunity to replace my Amana gas oven. I used a thermocouple thermometer to measure its temp, and it swings so wildly I am surprised that the bread I've made has turned out as well as it has.
