Hi! I love this site, super informative and interesting. I've been baking bread about four years and have been trying to expirement for about the last 2 with more or less success (mostly less). I love the idea of being able to bounce ideas off other bakers, and hear what they're doing.
Accidentally came across this forum, and am so happy!!! Ihave baked bread off and on for years but you all have inspired me to get more serious and expand myskills.I mostly have made bread in my bread machine, though always remove after first rise and then rise and bake in my oven. Have never been happy with loaves in the machine. I am going to try a recipe from Rheinharts book, that I ordered , from reviews on this forum.
Anyway, happy for all the info here.
