Fergasa bread

I am brand new to this site - and I am in need of some help. I found a reasonably decent recipe for fergasa bread - but need to know how to 'assemble' it - the first loaf I tried had the correct taste and aroma - but looked nothing like it does when I buy it from Fort Langley Bakery - anyone have any ideas?
