I love making bread

Yesterday I mixed 2 pounds of doughl,sd, to make a couple of small batards today. Time got away and it was to late for a dinner bake. Latter I thought a hard roll with cheese would be nice. So 6 ozs of dough and an hour and a half later a nice roll out of the toaster over. In the last 2-3 years my fun continues and of course  learning too. Thanks to all the teachers on this site.
