help with mixer for large batches of dough

Hello,

I'm looking for some advice on purchasing a mixer.  I routinely make double, sometimes triple batches of bread (currently all by hand).  For example, I use 16 cups of flour in my 100% whole wheat recipe.  I'd like a mixer that can handle that load (10 quart?  20 quart?).  Of course, I know about the Hobarts, and a used commercial one is a possibility, but I'm wondering if the Electrolux DLX should be a consideration.  Any other ideas?
