A bill that would allow Illinois residents to sell home-baked goods at farmers markets is headed to the governor's desk. Bakers Pricing System is a program for small and medium confectionery and catering businesses. It calculates prices for orders of baked goods and helps a business charge a price that will meet a defined profit target. It assures that all cost factors from production to delivery are accounted for.
