Greetings! My wife and I are in the process of setting up a home breadmaking business. Before we go spending hard earned money, does anyone have first hand experience with this oven? Thanks.
I WAS TAUGHT TO MAKE HOMEMADE BREAD IN THE SIXTIES BY A NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOUR, AND IT BECAME MY PASSION. I MADE IT IN A BOWL WITH A SPATULA ..ADDED FLOUR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL AND WITH A 'UP AND AROUND MOTION' MADE A MOIST BALL, RUBBED IT IN BUTTER AND LET IT RISE AND PANNED IT. FORMING LOAVES TOOK A BIT OF TIME TO LEARN. NOW, WE CALL IT ARTISAN. MY CHILDREN LOVE BREAD THAT CLOSELY RESEMBLES COMMERCIAL BREAD BUT IRONICALY THEY DON'T LIKE COMMERCIAL BREAD ANYMORE.
