90 Proof Cake

An Internet friend was kind enough to give me some starter for the 90 proof cake plus instructions. I,unfortuantley, misplaced the instructions and I am hoping someone on this forum might have them. The cake is made with pineapple,peaches and charries added to the starter over a 30 day period.
