Bosch Universal Plus Mixer with slicer attachment, bread dough hook, whisk attachments.  Also includes cookie dough paddles - purchased separately. Cost to me November 2008 was $475. Was used occasionally- gently, well taken care of. Have a second mixer given me as a gift and so do not need 2 such large items in my kitchen. Would like $375- the mixer keeps selling for the same price at ecerything kitchens (where it was purchased) and other websites. Live in Berrks County PA willing to drive 50 mile radius to deliver or to Philadelphia (even further).

I hold Barbara Kingsolver responsible for the fact that I now own Ricki's Cheesemaking Kit.  In her book Animal, Vegetable, Miracle, Kingsolver somehow made cheesemaking sound like as much fun as making bread.  And maybe some people find it to be so.  To quote Hannibal Lechter, "I, on the other hand, do not."  The cheese it made was fine.  It just seemed like too much work to me.

So, I have a very slightly used cheesemaking kit.  It comes with enough supplies to make mozzarella 30 times; I used it once, so there are 29 batches left.  The cheese kit comes with the following:

Hi Ya'll

Things have gone pair shaped and it looks like I am moving back to Australia. I moved to the UK 12 months ago almost to the day and things havent worked out. It looks like I am moving back to OZ.

The problem with this is that I cant use my KAM over there due to the different sockets etc.

My mixer is BRAND NEW. Still under warranty and honestly has never been used. The reason being it was a replacement for the mixer that walked itself off the bench a few months back and ever since receiving it, I just havent used it. It has sat on the bench lookin pretty but doing nowt else.

Its brand new....(Bright Red too!) but I am selling it for the best offer price. I bought it for around £340.

I live in East Sussex (right on the boarder of east and west actually) and close to Brighton. If anyone is interested, then let me know.
