Dinner Rolls. The spikey 'hair-do' was done using a pair of nail scissors 15 minutes before baking.
Ciabatta, made from a quick (2 hour) sponge.
Here's the batch of croissants i made on Saturday. :) I'll try to shape em more evenly the next time. The other ones are caramel walnut wheels i made out of the same dough.
