100% Rye Loaf (my first successful loaf!)

I just wanted to show you what all your incredible advice has helped me produce. After 3 failed attempts, I have finally managed to bake up a 100% Rye Sourdough loaf that has a wonderful chewy crust, and an airy, bubbly interior. I've uploaded two photos into the gallery, one of which is below.

The recipe was given to me by a good friend at work (I'm blown away by the number of people at work who really do bake their bread), but essentially is a subtle variation on Reinhart's 100% Rye loaf in BBA.

First Parisian Baguettes

I just finished baking my first round of Parisian style baguettes with Anis Bouabsa's award winning recipe. I used the retarded fermentation technique for the first time as well and found the results to be very pleasing.. Did have some issues with forming the baguettes and have yet to get a proper peel which seems to make everything easier getting dough in the oven. I had to fold one of the baguettes into a bun because it fell apart on the way into the oven..

I have been baking bread for about a year, I call myself a novice.

Although some loaves have come out looking and tasting good, they still were lacking something.

Until now. I made a few tweaks and feel this loaf is something I can say hit the mark.

how to post pictures in the forum

anyone please explain to me how to post picture on the blog/forum. I have no problem to put the picture in the gallery but no idea how to add pictures into the blog or forum. I tried to insert and paste the pictures and it did not show up on the page. I'm not very technical and simple explaination will help me a lot. No idea what the <img> work either.
