zucchini parmesan loaf

Has anyone a good recipe to share?
I used this one.
It's OK, but not thrilling.

- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup zucchini, peeled and shredded
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (more if desired)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon onion, grated

Awesome Blueberry Muffins!

I just found a recipe that I have been using for a couple weeks for blueberry muffins.  They have turned out AMAZING every time.  I haven't tried too many recipes, but I think I have found one I am sticking with already.

I have made them with and without the crumb top and they are great either way.  I recommend doubling the recipe as the small number (half dozen) they make don't last long enough.

Anyway, here is the Recipe if anybody is interested.

Although I had an operation two days ago, I just couldn't help my self from making some bread buns and pizza. Ididn't haver photos for the pizza but here comes the bread buns recipe and photos.

Dough:

3 cups AP Flour

1 tbsp instant yeast

1 tsp flour enhancer (optional)

0.5 cup butter milk

2 tbsp butter

1 egg

1 tsp salt

4 tbsp sugar

Wash:

1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp cream

Yesterday's Wall Street Journal featured a front-page article about sourdough.  About 4 paragraphs in, the writer mentioned The Fresh Loaf as a sourdough site that receives more than 1.25 million page views per month.  Pretty cool for a little site that was started for the love of bread.

Nick Malgieri's Spicy Jalapeno Cornbread

During the BBA Challenge, there was great debate over PR's cornbread recipe. People either loved it or hated it, but everyone seemed passionate about it either way. I'm not sure if the Modern Baker cornbread will excite such strong reactions, but I found it much more flavorful than the BBA version.
