Bread Baking Tubes - Every use them? Advice?

I scored (sniped) on eBay today & today's treasure was a set of three Pampered Chef bread tubes.

Anyone ever use bread tubes?  Any advice welcome!

That looks cool. Make brioche or angel's food cake in it. I dig it.

I had never heard of bread tubes, so I Googled them and came up with the Pampered Chef site which has instructions

I lucked out too because these were new with instructions ... or I'd be up a creek without a 'bread' paddle.

I hope they will arrive within a week so I can play with them.

I have seen them around in garage sale, usually sold for a buck or two.  Never thought of trying them out though...  They're a bit too cute for me... I like big bread!  LOL  Please do let us know how they turn out.  Have fun!  Al

I have also been curious about the size too. Wary that they might bee too small.

Hors d'oeuvre maybe?

Make sure you have a good coating of something to make sure it doesn't stick or it is a nightmare. I use a combo of liquid lecithin and vegetable oil. Any of the baking sprays with lecithin in it work well, as do the sprays with flour (I'm told, on that one-never used those)
