Noob from NY, not C
Hi, I'm TomG.
I am in the arctic, I mean upstate NY - it just looks and feels like the arctic today.
I am a major fan of yeast having been a home brewer and now a home baker. My specialization is with pizza and French bread, although I will try most anything at least once. And I still feel like slashing a loaf in an aesthetically pleasing pattern requires a magic wand!
I have been an intermittent lurker for a while, and have been impressed with the level of discussion here.
