I love Baguettes!
I love Baguettes!
Lately it seams like I cant keep these in the house. I no sooner get them out of the oven and there gone.
I baked 4, here are 2 with some pieces on the side

less then 1 hour after baking, 1 left.
Served with Pesto, Olive Tapenade, and Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke spread.

Me too! I could make and eat baguettes every day. And, I have found that I make 4 out of a recipe because that length fits my stone nicely. Most often I make only 2 and leave the rest of the dough in the fridge. They look and taste even better after a 48 hour retard. Yours look mouth-watering and I am going to steal the idea of the spreads for my next party.
