My Cinnamon rolls

I finally tried making some cinnamon rolls and my wife and neighbors claimed they were the best they've had.Of course they would say that anyway. My real critics are my neighbors kids. They agreed with the others so I reckon they were OK.Here are couple pics.

Well, they look just fine.  If you have room at the breakfast table I'll be over in the morning.

Motojack,  have you abandoned us for the bread machine?

Yes I know it's a bread machine recipe but I didn't use one.I did it by hand. It's a REAL nice dough to work with.At first it seems like it might need more liquid but after kneading a bit it turns out to be just right.I just now made 2 more batches but used cream cheese icing this time. These are a hit in my neighborhood!I still have a bread machine some place but I've not seen the thing in 15 years. My daughter used it when she was little.

1 stick real butter,8 oz cream cheese,3 cups confectioners sugar, tsp vanilla, tbs milk.Let it all get soft then mix with little wisk. It's good!

Mmm....  raisins and walnuts.  I'll have to use those in my recipe next time since I don't have a bread machine.
