Doug, can you send me a dried bit of your sourdough starter from japan? Have you made one before? I think it would be fun to try a Japanese soudough bread! Thanks, Jean-Paul

No i haven't made a sourdough before, but i can look around. Im waiting to get moved into a bigger house with my own kitchen before i start baking seriously. Im just waiting on Marriage paperwork for the US Govt to put me up in a larger house

once that happens i'll gladly send you a sourdough starter :)
