Bread baking class in RI or MA

Hello, I have been googling for a bread baking class near me and can't find anything. Does anyone know where I can find one in Rhode Island or southern MA? The only one I can find is one offered by King Arhur's flour co which is in Vermont.

Thanks for the ideas Dan, I never thought about J&W. Will look into it.Brookline is a bit too far but it's closer than Vermont. Have a great weekend

An amazing man he is.  What does "chef on assignment" mean?
