First rise

I made mixed some dough yesterday, but it got really late before it doubled in size during the first rise.  I had forgotten that SourdoLady said to cover and leave it on the counter, so I put it in the refrigerator.  It's increased, think it's doubled.  Anyway, my question is should I divide and shape now or wait a few hours before I do that?  Maybe after I finish my tea.

If is a lean dough (and you have the time today) I'd consider degassing it then giving it a couple of hours to rise again and come up to room temperature before the final shaping. I've had good results doing that. I'm sure it'd be fine if you shaped it right away though.
