Cherry Chocolate Bread
Hey everyone, I was reading Michael Ruhlman's "The Making of a Chef" a while back and remembered something in his chapter on the bread class at the Culinary Institute of America. He mentioned that they were making a Chcocolate Cherry bread by adding chocolate chips and dried cherries to either a lean dough or sourdough base. I'm thinking of trying this out myself, experimenting with it. Any ideas, suggestions?
