Looking for online reading

Hey,

I picked up the BMA and rather than pick up some more books, I'd rather find out what I can on the internet.  I've been browsing around, found The Artisan site, and I've been looking at a lot of topics on these forums.  Are there any other sites where I can find substantial reading, whether on technical details of baking, or about basics of bread making?  Any by-hand specific tutorials around?

Have you browsed through the TFL Handbook linked from the top of the home page?

then you know just about all there is to know about yeast, flour and bread baking,  If you're still feeling unfulfilled then read as many of TFL's posts along with the handbooks as possible.

Help me out, what is BMA?

By "BMA", do you mean Reinhart's "Bread Bakers Apprentice" (BBA)?

If you'd like to learn more about sourdough, the sourdough FAQS is a pretty sure bet. In addition to TFL, there's also Dan Lepard's forum and the Aussie site sourdough.com.
