Hi, my name is gary griffin and I am new to baking bread. I will probably be doing a lot of lurking for a while as i am really trying to learn. Am getting ready to read the lesson section and check out the forum

Gary, welcome to TFL! Where in NW IN do you live? I'm South Bend born and bred, although I live in Ohio now.
Right down the road from Gary,I live in Merrillville.
...I grew up in Detroit but was in that area a lot, raced bikes for 16 years.
