The bread has cooled enough to cut and Norm's Onion Rolls are everything everyone said they were..my P.R.Italian really tastes very good to...I will be making them both again and again!

Sylvia -- Sensational.  What"s your favourite filling in the rolls?  Or do you just rip and dunk in  good olive oil?

Gavin.

Thank you Gavin,  this was my first time making these roles.  Turned out a nice choice for the w.f.oven...  I did see where some have a baked in filling...but we would rather use them for sandwiches or burger buns...they are so very good....we eat a lot of italian and love dipping breads in olive oil, salt, pepper and a really good olive oil.  I'll have to send some to my daughter's Italian food loving family for dunking!  We are having some nice cool weather and expecting a little rain...I like using the w.f.oven in this weather!  I really like your oven...I hope to have mine moved and finished some time in the future.
