Anyone familiar with hobart 20 qt mixers?

Is anyone here familiar with older hobart mixers?  I was recently given one and have used it for the first time this morning.  As a test, I made a double batch of sourdough which is rather small for a 20 qt mixer but too large for my 300W K45 stand mixer.  The 20 qt mixer kneaded the dough in far less time than my K45... it passed the a windowpane test after 8 min of kneading while my K45 usually takes 13-15 min.  I did observe a few noises while mixing that I captured on a video.  While not in the video, I also observed the clutch to slip once and the rotation speed increased momentarily.  It is an old mixer that has sat idle for quite a few years.  Is there anything I can do (grease/oil) to refresh it a little?  I have the user/operator manual with the exploded parts list from hobart but I've never disassembled and re-greased one myself.

in the200a mixer there is no cluch it is direct gear driven.

if it is slipping it caused bt a bad gear or gear pin. this is a key way that locks the gear to the shaft.  rebuildlig could cost big bucks

does the mixer make the noise when not under load?

tiy need to test under load and empty. and by under load i mean at least 10 pounds of flour not a 2 or 3 lb batch  les than 10 poubds will get lost in that size

Many Thanks... I found the hobart operator manual online with the exploded parts list and unlike newer models which are keyed, the older models have a sprung worm shaft that provides the connection to the motor.  I'm honestly not sure that it is slipping or whether the dough will push the mixer aherad of its self and then catching up.  I did try to provide resistance to the mixer on low with my hand and I was unable to stop the planetary from moving.  I'll post another video with the sound of the machine at each speed without load.It does sound a little noisy on speed 3.  It's a difficult noise to describe but, to me, it sounds like the rattle of a bearing.

Here's the mixer without a load.  Unfortunately, I'm not familiar enough with these older hobart mixers to know if the noise is excessive.  It is certainly noisier at high speed (3) and the tick and rattle sounds a bit like a bearing to me.

Second gear is shot there is no speed change at all.  third gear is grinding badly.

the moter sounds fine but this mixer is in need of a rebuilt training new barrings and greass.

Indeed, I noticed that there was no speed change in the video as well.  Sigh.  It seems to be a bit intermittent... sometimes 2 is faster but most times not.  I'm mechanically inclined but not sure that it is worth rebuilding as hobart parts are darn expensive.

Many thanks for your input!
