25 pound bag of King Arthur bread flour?

Before I email the company themselves, does King Arthur sell the non-organic or the organic bread flour in 25 pound bags? I see the all purpose on the website, but no mention of the bread flour.

Check K.A.'s web site.  They list all the various flours and available sizes on their site.  Last time I ordered 25 pounds of all-purpose from K.A. they sent me five bags of 5 lbs. each.  Then I found I could buy it cheaper at my local Walmart.

Just ordered 25 lbs each of orgainic white and light rye from Bob's Red Mill.  I've used numerous different brands of white flour (A.P. & bread flour), including K.A. and of the flours I've used Bob's Red Mill organic white is the best white flour I have ever used. If it's available in your local supermarket or health food store and you haven't tried it I would suggest that you do so.

Howard,

Here I am 1/2 hour away from BRM, can pick it up locally in any of the grocery stores and I have never tried their white flour. I really like their dark rye. I'll be trying their white flour after the Stone-Buhr is used up. I'll let you know what I think.

I really like it and am getting the best results From BRM I've ever gotten.  I have switched from K.A. to BRM.  Sure wish it were available around here.  On a trip I found a 5 lb bag at a health food store in Ocala (75 miles from here) and bought it.  It was the last bag they had in the store.  It cost $8.00 at the health food store but after all I have heard about the quality I just had to do it.  Rented an armored car from Brinks to get it back home safely.  There's a lot of BRM theft going on here in N. Florida.  First it was Lexus cars, now these brazen flour thieves are targeting unattended cars with visible bags of BRM---in daylight no less :>).

Seriously, please let me know how you like it, compared with the Stone-Buhr you are now using.

KA has many of its flours in 50 and 100 pound bags for pro use but it can be found at bakery supply houses not at local stores.

I used the KA website to locate their distributor nearest me.  They were more than happy to sell 50lb bags individually.  Each distributor will likely have a different variety of flours available.
