I did a google search and they popped up as the first site

I bought one when they first started selling them. I still use it but honestly I paid way to much for things I could have easily bought elsewhere for less. Look at ebay for a hand steamer and find a caterinf tray cover or bottom. Hope this helps.

It's the price of convenience and shipping really have to be taken into consideration in this purchase. They haven't anwered e-mails I sent them.

They do make a nice crusty baguette type of loaf. The company no longer makes them but they do pop up on ebay from time to time.
