Greetings fellow bakers.

I'm fond of baking, but even more so since discovering Sourdough. Now experimenting with sourdough starter in different recipes, a bread-maker, and pan frying dough (rises in minutes!)

I’m also a fan of finding new and exciting things (other than bread) in which I can use sourdough.  I’ve had tremendous success with these Sourdough Buttermilk Waffles!

(I substitute In whole wheat for half of the AP flour, with no other changes necessary).
