New oven just arrived

Dedicated bread oven so as to not destroy my new domestic unit.  Dual top and bottom elements (no steam device unfortunately but we know how to make that)

For size reference the top photo has a 45lb bag of flour on top.  This gives a human perspective below.  Also for additional reference I have abnormally long arms -

Does the oven have any other stones besides the bottom? Looks like the build is pretty refined. Looks great!

Not sure how you plan to make steam, but the ROFCO steam tray is compact and efficient. But it won’t conpare with a PC.

Looks like the door has no seal. If not, and you want one, I have an idea that I use on my Big Green Egg. If you have a little clearance it should be an easy fix.

I am excited to read your review, get that extension cord and crank the baby up...

Which is fine since there a nice stretch of vertical room.  If I pull the stone out there are elements directly below as well as a set on the ceiling.  Will take some more photos later ...

I don’t know anything about these fancy ovens but that is sleek.  I’m sure you will be baking your legendary baguettes soon in that new oven.  Can’t wait to see and learn.

Know anything about this machine. Maybe I'll turn it on and get thrust through time to meet the Eloy and morlock !

Very Nice.  How many loaves do you think you can / would fit in there?  you probably wont even need additional steam if you load it up.

Does it vent?  Looking forward to see your bakes.

Considering that only one person on Ebay bought this from the manufacturer (myself) and nothing really is known will just have to see how it handles.  As for number of loaves I think more along the lines of total dough weight it can handle.  I'm thinking probably 1.5 kg.  It should be interesting to find out though.

Gremey, when will you bake in it? I anxiously await the results!

I am getting ready to give the T80 a try. Will experiment with 500g batches of flour.
