If you have one to sell, please let me know.

If you know where I can buy one, please let me know.

THANKS!

"...a wooden bread slicer..."

Oh Dear!  Where did we go wrong?  My breads are made from flour! :)

Oh Mini, I think they meant something like this. Otherwise a chain saw works pretty well.

David that plastic slicing guide is just what I need here! (someone) in our house is unable to cut squarely off the loaf. Ultimately the result is a 45 degree angle cut off the end and a batard will not stand on its own.

Hi, Eric.

I'm still waiting for Mini O's endorsement of the model I found for her.

I can picture those great saw blades cutting up a wee loaf of bread...from boule to box...great crust removing technique...cuts thru any yummy crust.  Now what would I do with the insides?

Make pencils for docking rye loaves. Toothpicks for testing cakes. Transfer peels for flipping loaves. A bench for kneading dough. etc., etc. and so forth.

Use whatever is left to fire your pizza oven.
